The wonderful and brilliant Eve knows me all too well. She's discovered a municipal website in which unidentified dead bodies are sketched and described in the hopes of pinning a name on those found dead in doorways or, gasp, floating underneath the Golden Gate Bridge, like this woman. (Her toes were painted by the way.)Incredibly sad, yes. But also incredibly interesting. And if some sketch of me was floating (ugh) around the internet, the government casually asking anyone bored enough to stumble upon it for a hot tip, I'd want someone like me to take a morbid interest. You hadn't mentioned a serial killer or dead body in a little while. I was beginning to worry about you.
