I didn't realize that Sully landed the plane so that Economy took the brunt of the impact and took the plunge first while First Class stayed high and dry. A true hero if ever there was one.
Doreen deserved to be in charge of the savages in coach.

She basically says that if the passengers didn't read their card before the flight, well then, too bad. She made another snarky comment later in the show and Larry King asked her if she was getting help. She said she was.
