Wow - sounds like a debutante/cavalier thing they have back home. I'd most likely have sat in a corner, drink in hand, and been thoroughly amused.Seriously, though, who doesn't know what charities they support? That's crazy.
I was hoping for a recap of Saturday's B&W a few friends said that the price was too high and the crowd too old.
that was a great post because it shows you're really are as cool as we think you are, because you're willing to apply the Beth Spotswood wit to situations that are in the need of it. (That "petty cash" line the other day still cracks me up).
