Shorts are always bad on men, unless:
1) They are cargo shorts and the man happens to look like someone in an Abercrombie and Fitch ad.
2) You are exercising. Once exercising is done, shorts should be immediately removed.
3) You are playing an organized sport (see exercising above).
4) The "shorts" in question are swim trunks.
Otherwise--shorts are always bad.
I think I may be alone on this one--but I had to speak up.
--Jean cut-off shorts are unacceptable. Always. Without exception.
--Another turn-off: Briefs. I would rather they didn't wear underwear.
--And, of course, the mullet. Bad.

poor elliot- i can see how that would traumatize you- in america, a 'fanny' is just your 'bum'. a 'fanny pack' then is just a little purse you wear around your waist while on vacation. although i'm sure you're vision of it was much more interesting.
